E-Commerce Site Projects
As the Director of User Experience at Ashley Furniture, my team was responsible for all deliverable on the eCommerce site, the mobile app and all enterprise applications. My team was also responsible for the Ashley’s charity site, aHopetoDream.com. From 2016 to 2021, Ashley’s eCommerce revenue grew from $62M to $798M, an increase of 1187.1%. Total revenue (brick and mortar with eCommerce) grew from 3.6 Billion to 4.7 Billion. I’m eager to offer a comprehensive review of these projects in my pursuit of a new career opportunity.

Ashley Kiosk
The Ashley Furniture Kiosk converts more guests into customers by providing a faster and easier means of discovering store inventory and frees up more time for sales associates. I worked with the hardware provider to understand the technology and how I could design its interface. It had to be a version of the eComm site, solely focused on the store’s inventory. Next, we tested multiple iterations until we had an elegant, intuitive model to release. After release, we followed up with pilot stores and created additional updates from additional user research.
